RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS FLOW

At ElitePeel™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. We've created this return and exchange process to make your experience as effortless as possible!

All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 30 days of purchase.  

All online order returns, refunds and exchanges requests must be made through our returns process through our customer service team via at store@ElitePeel.com

We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for completing the return upon receipt of your request, and will process your refund after we receive the returned item.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

For damaged and defective items, send photos of the damaged or defective product to store@ElitePeel.com along with your request to start the refund or replacement process.  All requests must be made within 30 days of purchase  All damaged and defective products are refunded in full or replaced free of charge.

ElitePeel™ has the right to refuse returns that passed the 30 days allowed timeframe.

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to store@ElitePeel.com within 30 days of your purchase date. Please include your order number and the reason for requesting a refund.
  2. Return the Product: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send back your ElitePeel or other pizza tools to us. The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation, and must be in new or like-new condition.
  3. Receive Your Refund or Exchange Item: Once we receive your returned item(s) and complete an inspection, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your financial institution.

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
