30-Day Refund Policy for ElitePeel™

At ElitePeel™, we stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your ElitePeel™ purchase, we offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of purchase.

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to store@ElitePeel.com within 30 days of your purchase date. Please include your order number and the reason for requesting a refund.
  2. Return the Product: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send back your ElitePeel or other pizza tools to us. The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation, and must be in new or like-new condition.
  3. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive your returned item(s) and complete an inspection, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your financial institution.

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
